Dateline, Libertyville USA. It appears that the long awaited LibertyMix website is now a year and a half late. And the development blog is late too. It's coming soon, we promise. And we mean it this time! Seriously, you can believe us! Scouts honor!!
Okay, you got us - your money is gone forever. You won't get your money, or the site. But if it makes you feel better, we had lots of fun spending it! S2, that's us (Stephen Gordon and Stephen VanDyke) love OPM, and we want to thank you for your generous gifts. Hammer of Truth may never return, and LibertyMix will never debut, but we wanted to give you this little site to tell you exactly how we feel about you.
First, we want to thank those who helped us with this endeavor. Thanks to Michael Badnarik, who lent his name to the fundraising letter that fooled so many of you into donating. And though you now claim you never even heard of LibertyMix, we want you to know we couldn't have done it without you. And thanks to Thomas Knapp, who wrote the fundraising letter and worked behind the scenes as a consultant on this project. Tom, even though you're now trying to distance yourself from LibertyMix, you still mean a great deal to us. Thanks, bud! And thanks to the national Libertarian Party, especially Shane Cory. You know that Gordon is a scammer, but don't care and continue to employ him - that takes balls. And finally, we want to thank the little people - those of you who believed in us, and donated $25, $50, $100, and more. All your donations added up to more than $10,000 of enjoyment for us to lavish on ourselves, our families, and our gay lovers.
One last thing. If you're interested, we're starting yet ANOTHER new liberty venture that we'll never deliver. We call it, um, LibertyMAX. Yeah, that's the ticket.
